Sorry to hear that the workaround did not work for you. You would possibly need to start a new save all together I am afraid.

We recently experienced server degradation that may have caused this lag. Unfortunately we are unable to remove these bans even when caused by server degradation.

If this issue is still happening, could you please let us know what console you play on?
