Hey Call_Me_Cure,

Really sorry to hear that you are having this issue

Would it be possible to try unchecking "Enable Cloud Save Sync" and then restart your game and Uplay client?

I started a ranked game with friends, 2 of us were told that we could re-connect to match (Even though it didnt start) and we couldnt reconnect to this game we were apparently in. We started another game, lost, and were told we had an abandon sanction. We deranked TWICE for this. Not only do we get awful ranked games cause of enemies/teammates but now weve deranked twice for 'abandoning' despite the fact we played 1 game and it was our first.

Sorry to hear that this happened. I am afraid we are unable to return any lost mmr as this will have been registered as an abandonment.

If you find this happens often would it be possible to advise what platform you are playing on?

Hey guys,

Sorry to hear you are still encountering this issue.

We obviously want our players to be able to enjoy the game the way they should, can I check if you have tried all steps in this thread, especially trying on an internal storage which has worked for others?

Sorry to hear that you are having this trouble.

The error you are getting suggests that your Uplay PC is logged into an account that doesn't own Siege. Do you perhaps own any other Ubisoft accounts that could be currently logged in?

Would it be possible to try restarting your device and logging into Uplay PC fresh? If the game is a Steam edition would it be possible to do the same there?
