That's a rather interesting idea, thecaveman991. Does this connection error only seem to occur after Shepherding? If so, would you be able to get a video showing this change take place? Also, please let me know if going back to the main menu seems to reset the datacenter you're connected to, or if you need to matchmake with a player who's connected to your preferred datacenter.

Hey Yellowtail3213! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing these disconnects on your Xbox One. Are you seeing a specific error code when this happens? If so, please let me know what code you're seeing. In the meantime, please complete our connectivity guide, as these steps were created with the intention of optimizing a player's current connection to The Division 2 on the Xbox One. This does not mean that there is anything wrong with your internet, but it can ensure that the correct pathways are open, which will allow you to connect to this particular game.
