Hi eXaml__Reaper! I am seeing the drop has been redeemed and Hyper Scape is in your library. Can you please try restarting the client and possibly running the client as an administrator to see if that helps?

Hey BESTILPRO! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing crashes in Hyper Scape. Are you receiving any error codes or messages before or after the crashing? Also, do you crash back to your PC desktop or to the game's menu?

Hey spicysalsaman! Thank you for taking the time to write this post. I'm sorry that you were not able to grab a screenshot of your win to show off to your friends! Have you experienced this situation in other matches, or was this the only time where the end of the match was bugging out a bit ("crown carrier has died," two squads left," etc.)? Also, do you experience crashes when playing on lower settings or just medium/high? This may be due to how your system compares to the requirements for Hyper Scape!

This will help check if there are any programs that could be interfering with the game! It'd also be helpful to install the game again during this process.
