Hello q.uakes! I'm very sorry to hear that this happened as it sounds incredibly frustrating to deal with. If you were disconnected both times before the match actually concluded, it will unfortunately still count as a loss. This is due to the abandonment penalty system put in place in Siege. Any time a player disconnects from a match, even inadvertently, that player will receive a renown/rank penalty. Support is not able to revert these penalties or add ranked points. Hello there, itsmgf! I'm sorry to hear that you're receiving this error when trying to play Rainbow Six Siege. I'd try unlinking 3rd party accounts from your Ubisoft account! Please start with Twitch, and move on from there. Since you play Siege on your Xbox, you should not need to unlink that account. Try playing Siege to see if you receive this error code once that's done! If that does not help, please open a case at support.ubi.com. Our technical team would be more than happy to assist. Hey there, Br0ck146! I'm terribly sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the voice chat in Rainbow Six Siege. I would first try clearing your Xbox's cache! To do this, please unplug your console from the wall and wait at least two minutes before plugging it back in.
