Hello q.uakes! I'm very sorry to hear that this happened as it sounds incredibly frustrating to deal with. If you were disconnected both times before the match actually concluded, it will unfortunately still count as a loss. This is due to the abandonment penalty system put in place in Siege. Any time a player disconnects from a match, even inadvertently, that player will receive a renown/rank penalty. Support is not able to revert these penalties or add ranked points.
