@mr-propaganda In this situation, I recommend launching the Ubisoft Connect app first, then Rainbow Six Extraction. Make sure your Ubisoft account and Xbox accounts are linked correctly. You can check this in the account management website.

@glazkov Sorry to hear the rewards have not appeared in your respective game inventories. Would you specify which rewards you are missing from the United Front package?

Please make sure the platform you play Rainbow Six Siege on is also linked to the same Ubisoft account in which you have purchased Rainbow Six Extraction. There may be a time delay in pushing rewards out for eligible players. Please standby and update this thread if you are still not seeing your items from this bundle.

@riquemaru I am sorry to hear that the error code is still appearing. In this situation, please make sure the Ubisoft account is correctly linked to your Xbox gamertag with the Game Pass. You can also launch the Ubisoft Connect app on the Xbox, link the accounts, and then launch Rainbow Six Extraction.

@mr-propaganda Welcome to the forums. I am sorry to hear about the crashing issues on the Xbox Series X. To clarify, you are able to play a solo incursion without error?

Are you receiving a specific error code before the game crashes? I also recommend the following steps which will test the connection and determine your NAT type. Please let me know which NAT type you receive after performing the connection test.
