Greetings and welcome to the forums. Is the game appearing greyed out in the Ubisoft Connect client? This is where you will launch the game instead of from Game Pass. Post a screenshot if you still are not able to play the game from Ubisoft Connect so I can take a closer look.

After you have ran the DxDiag report, please tell us the following: Operating System, processor, memory (RAM), and display card (graphics card) name.

@camperkira Are you also receiving a Vulkan error when trying to launch Rainbow Six Extraction?

@moothat Welcome to the forums. I'm sorry to hear that the rewards from the Unite Front bundle have yet to appear in Rainbow Six Siege and Rainbow Six Extraction. It appears the rewards are taking a significant amount of time to show up for other players. At this time, I recommend waiting 24 hours for the items to appear. I sincerely apologize for the delay. I understand the confusion around this. Players who disconnect during a mission in Rainbow Six Extraction will be penalized but not lose progress. Players who voluntarily abandon a mission in progress will lose progress, xp, and receive a penalty.
