- A description of the quest you're experiencing this issue in

- A short video of the issue at hand

- A list of any reproduction steps for the issue you know of

- A list of the troubleshooting steps you've attempted to try and fix this, e.g. restarting the game, rebooting your console / PC, etc.

Hey Basaphy,

I checked the rebind menu, and could see that "Lock Target" shows as being for the middle mouse button / wheel. It may be worth trying to rebind this, to see if you have the desired outcome. You have access to the .ini file at the following location if that can help you, but there's no section for controls unfortunately:

C:\Users\\Documents\Assassin's Creed Valhalla\ACValhalla.ini

GrampaBob1 - Looking at your specs, I'm afraid we can't guarantee the game will run. Your processor is eight years old and outside of the supported range (Radeon R9 380 or better, in the Radeon 300/Fury X series), so the best we can say is, it may run, but we cannot guarantee that. Hey BenRong, for any preset above the minimum requirements, we do list SSDs as required in our system requirements for the game. We can't guarantee that your system will run the game at the quality you want without one, though it may of course be possible.

@revowution Thanks for confirming that your controller works via USB. Are you also using a PS4 controller?

Please provide a link to a video of the issue you're encountering, and also describe the troubleshooting steps you have taken in trying to address this issue so far. A quick search didn't lead me to find a known issue correlating to the section of the quest you describe, so we'll need to gather as much information from you there about the issue. Thank you!

I am sorry to hear of your troubles with preordering Assassin's Creed Valhalla. It's wonderful to hear of your passion for and interest in the series, and I hope that you'll be able to play it soon!

I can see from your support case that we cancelled the authorisation holds we could find on your funds, and advised you regarding the billing details you had entered, in order to try and help you to make a successful order. I can't assist you here on the forums, however, if you've continued to experience issues, I'd really encourage you to update your case with the latest details so we can try to help further.

You are of course welcome to seek legal assistance if you feel you need it, but we can offer no assistance with that process. You'll need to contact your legal representative and have them reach out to Ubisoft formally.

You can read more about the changes to the Ubisoft Club and Uplay PC services here.

Though the "Core Challenges" for Assassin's Creed Odyssey may be unavailable at the moment, they're planned to return in a future update. You can try to earn XP by completing Core Challenges in the transitioned games and our newer titles in the meantime, if you own any.
