1. The purchase definitely went through or Do I need to do another purchase and wait for refund of the first purchase??

I can't see an order for Assassin's Creed Valhalla in your transactions list, so I do believe your payment to have failed. If your funds are in an authorisation hold, they'll be automatically released eventually, but you may wish to contact your bank about this to see if they can provide you with an estimate of how long. We can also investigate a hold on our side and try to release it from our side, so please update your support case with the following details for us to look into that for you (if they're not already there!):

- the time and date of the attempted transaction
- the amount you paid / see held and the currency
- your full name as it appears on your card / account that you used

Hi there! I'm sorry that you are experiencing muffled audio. Please verify your game files and test again - and please provide a video of the issue if it persists. As far as the visual settings, it's a matter of preference to be honest. I've left mine on default and the game seems fine, though I appreciate it can look rather dark when the sun is gone!

Apologies, I am not so sure what you mean.

Are you saying that you have the collectibles map and have gone to the location, grabbed the collectible, but it still appears on your map despite having it in your inventory?

Hey Blodfest,

The promotional copy of the game you receive if purchasing an eligible CPU (such as your Ryzen 7 3700X) is the Standard Edition, and I don't believe it is treated as a preorder. Having looked into it further, I haven't found any information about the preorder bonus being included, so I would advise consulting AMD directly to see if that is something they were including as part of the product or not.

Have you confirmed with Xbox Support that the achievements should have been unlockable? It sounds like you may have been playing prior to launch day (today!) so this may have contributed to your issues with unlocking achievements. It's worth checking with them.

You can find a detailed breakdown of the recommended specs for each level of play (minimum, recommended, high, enthusiast, ultra) here. I'd recommend consulting it for more information.

Regarding your query, the highest spec outline we offer is for 4K / 30FPS, and your CPU looks like it meets this, though your GPU is slightly underpowered for it. I'd therefore not expect your system to be able to handle 4K / 60FPS, though tweaking the settings as Lucuton suggests might help you get close!
