Our team has clarified for me that these two skins are not yet released. They'll be out in November, to coincide with their respective games' anniversaries. Hope that clears this up for you, but let me know if I can clarify anything further

I'm sorry that your Iron Tower disappeared after construction, that sounds pretty odd. What is the name of the quest you're trying to complete? Also, if you verify your game files does anything change in game? If you haven't tried that yet, please do!

I understand you're unable to access the core challenges - sorry about that! Usually, this is caused by something interfering with your connection to the server, where the challenges are stored. As such, I'd like to invite you to check our connectivity guide. In particular, from that article, please remember to reset your network hardware, switch to a wired connection (if possible, and if you aren't already), and check for software conflicts that might be causing interference.

Can you describe further what happens when you try apply those skins? It isn't quite clear from the screenshot you've sent across. Does it present an error message, or are they not selectable at all?

Welcome to the forums, @raoulranker48 - thanks for reaching out about this. Sorry to hear you've found issues with your ships' waves not showing. I'll be happy to help.

Can you check our troubleshooting guide for me? In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your graphics drivers and operating system, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game. 

If the issue persists after those steps, can you describe them further? I've popped some questions ...

I'm afraid Anno 1800 doesn't come with a crash logging file facility though, but hopefully it doesn't happen again in the future!
