Hey @trebleta,

The team have taken a look into your clips and save and came back to us with a response, confirming this is the game working as designed.

Oil does in end in Oil Plants in your save and trains always deliver more oil in time, even though they're not filling storage to max.

The team tested your save by deleting a lvl 3 Oil Harbour and rebuilding it a lvl 1. After this, trains began delivering much more Oil to Power Plants.

Hey @sirharrypierce,

Sorry to hear that you find sound and video gets out of sync when you are running both Anno and Netflix, this is not an issue we are familiar with and so it would be great if you are able to provide further details to help us investigate.

Can I check whether you are running Netflix in a browser of via their app? Do you get the same trouble with both?

Can I also check when you first encountered this happening?

Do you encounter this with any other game at all?

Hello @Joojooba thank you for your post about this achievement issue.

I can confirm that this issue was known to us after the last update and regretabbly, this is not something we are able to fix, we do not have the ability to retroactively reset these achievements for the other DLC's back to an unattained status.
