Hello @cheveu ,

Thank you for reaching out to us with this.

There have been no changes made to the multiplayer facilities, so you should have no issues playing with Epic / Ubisoft friends when using Steam.

So far we've had no other reports of this, so would like to know more.

What happens when you attempt to join the game post-creation? Do you, or them, receive any error messages at all?

Could you first please try verifying the game's files, just to ensure nothing is missing / corrupted.

And if there's no change, could you please provide some screenshots or a clip showing the logbook and harbour requirements being complete?

Just to first confirm, are you using any additional mods at all in-game?

As I've seen previous reports where they've caused quests to become disabled.

We can't increase the file size limit I'm afraid on our support cases which is why Thrupney has requested it's uploaded to a third party file host of your choice, we can then download it and send it on to the team.

Hey there.

Have you tried using the Windows shortcuts to move the game window between displays?

  1. Open the game in full screen mode and remain in the menu.
  2. Press the Windows Key + Shift + Arrow key (The arrow direction depends on where this monitor is in your display settings)
  3. Minimize and maximize the game again, Alt+Tab to switch windows, Win key+D to minimize all windows.
