Thanks for coming back to us about this, @farvay - I'm sorry for the frustrating time you've had with Anno 1800 and Ubisoft+.

There isn't any way to disable achievements entirely with Ubisoft+, since offline mode cannot be used with that service. Instead, though, I'd like to invite you to run through our connectivity guide, as this will make sure your connection to our servers is working as it should. Another suggestion @Andromeda_2205
If you're using any kind of mods, the "City Ornaments" mod seems to cause a very similar problem. Please disable/remove it and test again.

Thanks very much for your insights into this issue, @casosad - I really appreciate it!

We certainly recommend reloading a save in case of issues, but we'd rather the issues weren't happening at all, of course. If you find you're unable to deliver goods for quest missions, we'd really appreciate a video showing this happening, as this best lets us investigate the issue internally. When submitting and describing issues to us, although I appreciate you've sent these very useful screenshots, it'd be really helpful to us if you could more fully describe what we're seeing in the screenshot. For example, you could say what buildings, ships, or elements are being shown, and what you were expecting should happen in the game, compared to what actually does happen. Heyho, just to confirm this is working as designed 🙂

Same-level Engineer and Investor residences are an exception to the usual rule: They can still positively affect each other.

When it's the same building/population type, having the same height does have a negative impact.

We're planning to adjust the info tips in-game to make this clearer.

@MasterofMules Thank you so much for that update! I'm glad to hear that the game appears to be running smoothly for you again, even if you did have to uninstall that DLC. Have you also updated your support case to let our Support Agents there know that the issue seems to revolve around that DLC as well?

Since you've already tried verifying your game files, would you also try reinstalling the game to see if that gets the DLC working properly? If it doesn't, would you either grab some screenshots or a quick video of this issue?
