  • What happens when you try to load the saved game?
  • Do you get any error message?

Hello @lexna4 thank you for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear you are prevented from progressing in the game.

Do you know the exact name of the mission you are stuck on in AC3?

What happens when you say you are stuck, does the game freeze preventing you from doing anything, or do you clip into the map or a particular object and become stuck, unable to escape your location?

In addition to this, do you have any video clips of this happening to you in-game?

Hello @darkfyre2k7, I am sorry to hear about this shadow issue you are experiencing.

Are you able to capture a clip as an example for us to view how shadows look in the game for you?

Hello @mars_ghoul, welcome back to the forum and thank you for your post.

We are not currently not planning to provide additional updates to Assassin’s Creed III Remastered.

This means, even though your issue was highlighted and fed back to the AC team originally, then reviewed again, it will most likely not be addressed and remain in the game.

I apologize for any inconvenience this pistol bug may have caused you, I hope you will still continue to enjoy the game regardless of this glitch.

@mr-photo Thanks for this screenshot, that was very helpful. I wanted to reach out to one of our teams to double-check that both of these games count (we don't have any information to the contrary, but just to be sure!)

Can you send me a further screenshot showing the two Assassin's Creed games you've got active on your account? So, for example, if the games were on Ubisoft Connect, you could show them in your Ubisoft Connect library, or on a console you could show the game on your console's home screen.
