@cerithala Thanks for the video, I have reported this to the development team to investigate.

I can see there is a quest objective marker on the screen in the video to kill the target, and all objectives have not been completed yet, can you get the points required from those objectives to obtain the gold medal? The other player in this thread experiencing the same issue was able to still obtain the gold medal even though the enemy was stuck.

Does it state that the Save is corrupted or does it just not appear in-game?

@guest-rledcsiw I'm sorry to hear that your opals are not appearing in your inventory.

Can you try restarting the game and confirm if the issue persists. If it does could you also confirm the Ubisoft account username for the account that the game is played on as it has not been played on the Ubisoft account you have used to post on the forum.

As many of the older titles have since concluded development and are no longer actively supported, we can't offer any guarantee they'd be considered in such a scenario, however we can certainly pass this on as something to note when considering the future of the franchise and it's further installments!

@P4r4d0x5297 Apologies for our delayed response.

If you purchased a different copy of the game, on the same account and platform, you shouldn't lose any game progress as your Save data should carry over.

In terms of Download, you may just need to download the additional content instead of the full game, as the files should be on your system.

@iselol Thank you for reporting this to us, we're sorry to hear that's occurred.

Unfortunately there's no way for us to edit or fix a Save file, so unfortunately if a Quest cannot be triggered in the later Save the only option may be starting from the previous one.

I assume you've been to the exact areas where the next Quest is given, you mentioned traveling around, and there's no sign of the next steps there?

I can confirm there is a known issue where chests that were opened were only providing silver and not supplies or fabric, we have a mega thread for that issue ...
