If you open Ubisoft Connect on it's own, does the same issue occur or are you able to launch it without issue? If it allows you to login, are you able to launch the game through Ubisoft Connect?

Hi @docpfdn, sorry to hear you are also experiencing this issue. We have reported this to our development team and have been advised this should now be resolved since the latest update. If you are still experiencing this could you please ensure your game is fully up to date and then provide an image or short video clip showing how this is occurring for you since the latest patch.
