It sounds like you got unlucky as the challenge pool is quite large so the odds of getting ones you can't complete 2 days in a row are quite small. Of course it can happen, and it wouldn't feel great. 

 

Hopefully you're not too far off you first unlock (Octane I'll guess) and hopefully we can address cases like this going forward.

Try right-clicking on the game in Origin and select "repair" to see if that has any positive effect. It might be worth reinstalling too if that hasn't been done yet, perhaps it's due to corrupted files during the installation.

Which platform do you play on? We've seen some reports but with a wide variety of hardware configurations, headsets, and playback device selections we've fixed this for those experiencing this.

Does it happen for you all the time or randomly? Have you tried changing any of the audio selections on your PS4 and what headset do you use? Does it include a mixer?

The team is looking for opportunities to improve connectivity for all Apex Legends player around the world and we'll continue to let the team know about the server requests for specific regions, however we do not have any announcements regarding plans for adding datacenters to that region at this.

In your first response you were on Windows 10 build 1903 and now in the DxDiag you're on the latest version, so maybe there were some updates that were in the process of being installed that eventually finished.

You may have downloaded the most recent drivers for the 1070 but that is not reflected in your DxDiag @RingMaster258.


You 1070 date is showing in the line: Driver Date/Size: 5/21/2019 8:00:00 PM, 958312 bytes

 

Did you check the registry for issues as I suggested above?

Hey @RingMaster258 your 1070 drivers are showing as being from the 21/5/19. Can you download and install the latest GPU driver from here: https://www.geforce.com/drivers

First thing I would suggest @RingMaster258 is updating your GPU drivers. Yours are showing as being almost 2 months old and I'm pretty sure there was an update for the 1070 in recent weeks.

The error 0x887a0005 dxgi_error_device_removed that you were seeing @KJUICE00 is one relating to your GPU, the best thing to do is a clean install of your GPU drivers.

@squibsquad Hey, we've flagged the 5 kills challenge, and the finisher challenges. 

For the finishers, can you try swapping to the default finisher for now? That should let you complete the challenge.
