It hypothetically could have, but I did check the linked Xbox account before and there were no skins. 

You could try re-linking your twitch account, that's helped with some issues in the past.

Hey @BIGalasik as Apex Legends is not cross-platform then it is not possible to connect your PS4 and PC accounts together.

The game appears to still be downloading. Have you been able to launch it once the game was fully installed?

 

When a game is stuck in resuming or getting ready phase (or won't launch properly at all), try clearing the cache for Origin.

Hey @ChichigamiPHLive generally the error message is a pretty good indication as to the cause of the issue. In this case, it is most likely an issue with your GPU and generally is related to a driver issue. Have you tried the suggestions I posted above to see if they help?

If you right click the game in Origin and then Repair, let that process finish and then reboot and retry playing, you should be good to go.

Can you try a clean boot and then immediately launch Origin as administrator to see if it's a program running in the background causing the issue?

Can you try going into training mode first before going into other modes? Another player posted a while back that helped fix the latency issue. I just want to know if that actually works for you so we can notify the team.

Can you upload DxDiag and UO Trace for me? Do you play on  WiFi connection or is your PC wired in?
