Hey @ChichigamiPHLive generally the error message is a pretty good indication as to the cause of the issue. In this case, it is most likely an issue with your GPU and generally is related to a driver issue. Have you tried the suggestions I posted above to see if they help?

If you right click the game in Origin and then Repair, let that process finish and then reboot and retry playing, you should be good to go.

Can you try going into training mode first before going into other modes? Another player posted a while back that helped fix the latency issue. I just want to know if that actually works for you so we can notify the team.
