Hey, please run a repair in Origin, that should sort you out. 


You'll find the option by clicking the cog icon on the game's launch menu.

If you're down to troubleshoot let us know what platform you play on. It's very possible some quick minor tweaks can help correct the connection link to Apex Legends. I've experienced lag for a specific game before while others were fine, but after rebooting the network and console I created a fresh connection link with my network and the EA servers which in turn repaired the hiccups from the last link.

This is a fair Quality of Life submission. Would be nice to be able to ping a further specific respawn point so your random squad member doesn't go for the closest one while 3 other squads are battling it out nearby. Wondering

@Psy_Xalo Hey, do you have clips of your gameplay? There are situations where kills may legitimately not count - such as finishing off players downed by a team that ares till active- and that may be a factor here.

When responding to a CM @lousef we would always suggest that you tag the CM in your post. 

 

If it is still not working then you need to ensure that nothing on your system is blocking it. Try disabling your anti-virus, Firewall and any other security programs and launch the game. If you see the same error then reinstall APEX Legends while running Origin as administrator.

Hey @lousef I have seen a couple of people who had this issue as a result of issues with their ISP.  

 

Would it be possible to sign in to your router and ensure that you have DHCP set and not PPPoE set.

Hey all that error is a PS4 error to say that the software crashed

 

Restart your console:

  • Turn off your console and then turn it back on.

Make sure your game software is up to date:

  • Go to the PlayStation home screen. 
  • Highlight the game you're playing and press the Options button on your controller.
  • Select "Check For Update" and install any updates that are available.

Make sure your PS4's system software has the most recent update:

  • Select Settings at the top of the PlayStation home screen.
  • Choose "System Software Update" and allow any system updates to install.
  • Reboot your PlayStation 4.
