Your GF has good taste in gaming. I'm afraid there is not much we can do from our end though as we cannot remove coins from an Xbox account nor refund through Microsoft's billing system.

I can only recommend contacting our friends at Microsoft Support to see if they are able to remove that purchase and provide a replacement code. I cannot guarantee this will happen, but they'll be the team you want to direct this inquiry to.

Hi again, we've taken a closer look at this, and the short version is that progress is tracking correctly, but the Match Summary page is very misleading. 

If you check your See All Challenges page it should show your progress accurately. 

Remember that with each level you grind for, the next one will require another 9k XP, so it can take quite a while for your next level if you've got a few under your belt this week.

Please ignore the match summary page, it's all sorts of bugged at the moment. Can you check your Weekly Challenges page instead, the bar there should be accurate.

Hey, there's definitely a bug with the post-match screen tracking, it's giving all sorts of misleading info>

However, if you're willing to try one more game, can you grab a screenshot of your Weekly challenge page - with the XP/Stars grind bar - before and after a match, to help determine whether the progression is indeed being hampered.

@poisonedXkiss Hey, it looks like your progression seems to be tracking ok now, when you look today are you as far along as you should be?

For your 2nd point, we are looking into some of the strange badge issues. Was your actual ranked soft-reset correct (it should have dropped 1 and a half tiers)?

Hey, all.

So far this looks to be the only thread created. It was also reported here and it looks like a Respawn dev asked this question:

 

"Hi there, have some questions for people who are having problems with getting the wrong badge - What platform are you guys playing on? Also when was the last time you played a rank match? I have a theory that it might not be working correctly for some people who played rank early on in Season 2 but stopped playing soon after."

Thank you for the detailed breakdown of the issue. 

 

On your last point, just so we're clear, what step do you take exactly? Also can I check if you play non-Apex EA games and if so, do those act strangely too? Also can I check what router you are using?

Sometimes troubleshooting before a big update can be pointless as sometimes these things fix themselves, can you check if these isssues persist after today's update? (in about 7 hours)

Hey @ninjaboss22 are you having any issues with any other games?


It sounds like there could be an issue with the button sticking and a simple push is registering as it being held down.

Boost mode is for a PS4 Pro.

Do you have "Text to Speech" enabled under your Apex Legends game settings? If so, try disabling that.

Do you have boost mode enable don your PS4 to see if that helps get around this error and how full is your hard drive? I'm concerned the game is putting the system over the tipping point of where the hardware is struggling to run the game. Is the system dust free and well ventilated?

Does the purchase for the 1000 coins show up as completed under your PlayStation account's transaction history? If it's there, does it show up in your country's currency? Some players will accidentally make purchases while on VPN which can cause content issues due to region locks through the Sony store. If that's the case, please contact PlayStation Support so they can look into the purchases made on your PlayStation account.
