Right click the game in Origin and then choose Repair, let that process finish and then retry playing.

If you leave during the finisher you are subject to getting penalized because your squad hasn't been wiped yet. Thank you for the post, that certainly doesn't look right.

We took a look at the account and it appears that the 2 other items were delivered. Can you check your inventory for a new Legendary Frame for Wattson, and the common "Evergreen" skin for Mirage?

First, try just updating or reinstalling your video drivers. If the issue continues then try a more complete driver uninstall/reinstall...

The team is aware of this happening. You're able to hear other voices if they're using their quips while on the dropship. Had some games where players participated as if it was a conversation, but we've seen the spamming too.
