I'm sorry but we won't know why you were banned from the forums.
Can you take a look through your emails? Please search for emails received from the email address: [email protected]. There will be an email from Terms of Service that shares the general rule broken for example: ban applied for cheating/hacking/hate speech/etc.

Correct, you can review a log of the money you've spent to purchase in-game currency (coins) from the consoles purchase history. There isn't yet an in-game transaction history available where you can review how you then spent those coins in Apex.
If you've a security concern or noticed coins missing from your balance, I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look.
