I moved your post from the German to the English board. At the moment, I am not aware that there are any plans for updated animations when it comes to the older Heirlooms. If we will make any changes on that, you will read that in our Patch Notes or via an announcement on our Social channels

We are unable to assist with account issues or actions on Answers HQ. We have a dedicated TOS team that handles Sanctions and Bans on accounts. You will need to reach out to them to have this looked into, it may take some time to see a response so be sure to keep an eye on your email.

What makes you feel like you might be banned? Usually there's an in-game message or an email from Terms of Service (ToS) that would mention a ban, have you seen anything like that?
