@L0nk You should still get access back to everything saved on your old account, yes.

Do note that anything you unlock in the meantime will not be merged, however. The progress and unlocks from two different accounts cannot be combined currently.

You can use the link I shared above @Gabrielmojo26 to report any user you believe may be cheating.

Forum is not the place for reporting players or name and shame other players. @KitchenGn

If you suspect cheaters in any of our games, I recommend that you look at our article on how to report ...

Hi there, @LucinusPeregrin.

I moved your post from Madden to the Apex forums.

I took a look at your account. This is something an advisor should be able to help with. Please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new...

Hey @emox,

A ban is not always applied instantly, as our records and (depending on the situation) player reports would need to be investigated before an action is taken.

That is to say, there may be a short time delay between certain behavior and an action being applied.

There's also the possibility that someone else accessed the account while you weren't playing and resulted in a ban, so I'd be sure to check your account security as well: ... Read more

Hey @Carbideman if our TOS team has denied your appeal then there is nothing that we can do on AHQ to change this.

Hey @Shishamada, please do not accuse any other users of cheating as doing so is technically a breach of the AHQ User Rules and Guidelines.

From here on out, any naming of users and accusing them of cheating will be actioned.

If you are in game and suspect a user of cheating then please report them by following the steps in this link: ...

Hey @emox,

You should have received an email with a bit more information regarding any account actions. Any actions would be based on activity found in our records, not just on something like your k/d ratio.

If you haven't already, do feel free to submit an appeal if you feel that action was incorrect, and our Terms of Service team can take another look at the ban for you.

@L0nk If you're able to get that re-linked to the original account, then you would get access to everything on that account again, yes. Mako.png

Hey @L0nk,

Have you recently unlinked another account from your EA Account?

This is typically what causes a loss of progress or your cosmetics. That is all stored on the EA Account where it was first earned, and at this point cannot be transferred to a different account.

If that's the case, you would need to re-link the account that was initially connected.

If you run into any issues with that, please ...

Another question- considering that the game is cross platform, why cant xbox/ps4 players plug and play MnK similar to fortnite and warzone? As long as it identifies them as MnK on xbone/ps4 and puts them in cross platform lobbies i feel that is fair? However, i know this can be hard to implement potentially, i was more specifically curious if there has been any talk about this in the future?

Edit: also if it was MnK compatible then potentially that could open the door for console (extra) binds

I actually have no idea what this would take. I've not heard anything about this internally, but it may have been tackled and put to rest before I started - I've been on the team about a year. I don't think there's a big demand here, so maybe it's just a case of being super niche. I do know that it doesn't "just work" but I have no idea how hard it would be.

So knowing that "it's complicated" responses are generally sh*tty, I'll nevertheless respond with, "it's complicated." Fundamentally, there's a very different core UX expectation with a controller. First off, you're limited to 16 buttons. And the core expectation around how those buttons work is quite different from MKB. With a mouse, there's an expectation that "clicking on a thing" will do something. Controller logic in this regard is quite different; we try to avoid having players hover-over-a-thing-and-press-a-button. Now, sometimes, that's unavoidable (e.g. deathbox looting), but it's generally not great. In most places, we try to make it so that you see that a button - e.g. X - is bound to some action, and when you press X - anywhere - something happens. Now, this leads to some weird behaviors too because of core aspects of our UI framework (and trying to support both controller and MKB simultaneously and fairly seamlessly) where hovering over a "bu...
