A fix went out to address missing ALGS Split 1 Finals drops. If you're still not seeing them, you could try EA support but they're typically only able to assist in the few days following the event. Or are you referring to newer drops?

If ToS is not lifting the ban after 3 disputes, it will need to remain in place. I'm sorry to say, there's nothing else that can be done.
