Which split(s) did you reach Diamond during Season 20? To clarify, Seasons 19 and 20 awarded badges based on your rank at the end of the season rather than the highest during the season.
However, we're returning to that system again with Season 21, so going forward you should again see that as outlined below.
I'm sorry to say, we cannot assist with banned accounts over Answers HQ. If you have used all 3 of your disputes, the ban will need to remain in place. I don't have any other details on your specific ban.

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
Your items cannot be transferred or merged from one EA account to another, so if you linked an account and lost access to the progress, that would be because your platform is no longer linked to the original EA account where that progress was initially made.
The only way to attempt restoring access to that progress would be to re-link your Xbox to its original EA account, ...
