Thanks for working on my boy path finder. I don't know if you were involved in the increase in his grapple distance but ever since that change, and the grapple to zips, he's felt unreal to play. Your hard work is appreciated, just unfortunate we are a vocal minority.
Grapple distance is something designers would tweak. I am just one of the people that write code for it. I did add that grapple-to-zipline myself though... so thanks!

/BlueberryOk so first off it completely makes sense that getting shot slows you down, however the mechanic should be universal to all guns or taken out completely IMO. That said I 100 percent agree that it should not interfere with the sliding... that crap has got me killed more times than I can count.
It is universal to all guns, the "heavy ammo only" thing is a myth.
Hey all, in the blog post last week, I mentioned we’d have an update on anti-cheat for Apex on PC. We’ve got some updated stats and some interesting tidbits on things we’re doing.
We’ve been working closely with key experts across EA including: EA Security and Fraud, the Origin teams, our fellow developers at DICE, FIFA, and Capital Games, in addition to Easy-Anti-Cheat. While we’ve already rolled out several updates (and will be continually doing so for the foreseeable future), others will take time to fully implement. While we can’t share details on what we’re doing so as to not give a head’s up to the cheat makers, what we can say is that we’re attacking this from every angle, from improvements to detecting cheaters, bolstering resources and tools, to improving processes and other sneaky things to combat sellers and cheaters. We can share some high level stats of progress that’s been made:

This issue in the past was due to running off an Intel integrated GPU.
Make sure your drivers are set to use your high performance GPU and not the integrated GPU. Also, make sure you've got the latest drivers installed - newer drivers detect the game and switch automatically.
So your map is all in snow?! Lol.
