It’s bugged. We wouldn’t remove projectiles like that. It doesn’t happen all the time so it was missed during testing.

Lots of mistakes in the comments here.

All unique items can be obtained at 0-4 LP. Each unique has a hidden stat which is its specific relative LP chance. Generally this follows the harder to find uniques have less LP relationship but there are some notable exceptions like prism wraps.

Given that a unique item is dropping, the only thing which affects if it has LP or not is the zone level, not dungeon tier or corruption.

The two ways you can affect your chances of finding LP uniques.

  1. Play in a high level zone.

  2. Get more unique items to drop.

Edit: the quest uniques need to be found from the soul gambler in the dungeon in order to have LP.

The issue does not require Smite to be cast, only for it to be present on your action bar while using traversal skills.
Today’s patch didn’t include this fix. We’ll likely try to get this into a hotfix next week, though I can’t make any promises.

You’re not the only one! I’m the game director and I’ll be repping MG. We are seeing slightly more people lean towards CoF, even internally, but I think the Bazaar will be quite an enjoyable place to hang out and feel like a lively marketplace, and trading of course is a major want of many players.

We're certainly aware of instances where people are experiencing "lag" which is manifested from a number of different things. Sometimes its a skill being used, sometimes its a certain function being called that is less performant than it should be, etc. A number of fixes we've been putting out are to rectify certain cases of these but we have plenty more in the works. We're aiming to eliminate all of these causes by 1.0 and ship them as we make the fixes.

You can see “Overload” as follow: X charge cost per cast per target
We will investigate if we need to change anything regarding that mechanic

It seem the ability description isn’t accurate indeed.
Overload cast the ability “Zap” at the cost of 10 charges. Zap itself cost 0 charge, it is the Overload ability that cost charges to activate.
Description does need to be corrected. Thank you for noticing this issue

Either unstable should cause multiple lightning blasts + cost increase, or say that it isn’t compatible.

Boardman’s Plank is unusual in that its first set piece bonus occurs with just a single item of the set equipped, and has the effect of limiting you to one active companion. That’ll be what’s limiting you to one Storm Crow.

  • Fixed a bug where Temporal Shift could sometimes cast a second time after being used once, resulting in getting sent back to the era you were originally in.
  • Fixed a recent bug where targeted abilities such as Lunge or Smite could fail to cast if they were the first ability you used in a scene.
