No guarantees but it’s a very minor change development cost wise so I’d be very surprised if it was post 1.0.

We believe that it’s important for the feel of the game loop to have enemies fairly frequently drop items that you want to take an active action to pick up, but which you don’t have to take time to inspect to work out whether it’s good for you. However there are times where it feels bad at the moment, especially when it’s just one shard, so we’re planning to have them drop slightly less frequently and in larger groups on average. We’re also planning to add more of a sink for shards you don’t want, so that it feels less futile to have picked up a shard that you aren’t planning to use and already have hundreds of.

We will be looking to new feedback after these changes are implemented.

Thank you so much for the help! Like you described, the issue is deleting an offline Character Found character causes the next offline character played to fail to save. We’ll work on a fix.

Hey there, we are aware that the existing tutorials are not obvious enough because we do get this confusion fairly frequently.

If you would like to reference this information in game in the future, every character has this pop up when opening the skills menu for the first time. Every time you respec a skill it tells you this in big red letters. And it is also available in the game guide by pressing G.

I think they are downvoting because you closed at least 2 tutorials saying this in order to do a respec.

You can only specialize in one mastery class. Once you do, the lower section of all mastery class become available to place points in.

So I think you probably already have.

I would, but I can't find it. The online character files are lumped together in an autosave folder somewhere.

You would have to manually enter your info into the build planner. You don't have any files on your computer which represent your online characters.

When your hardcore character dies, they’re moved to softcore, so that character now has access to your softcore stash, gold, and crafting materials.
Any future hardcore characters you make will have access to the hardcore stash still, though.

Well, that’s a whole lot more than nothing I think. I know your frustrated and we will do what we can to get this sorted. I still can’t discuss your account details in a public forum though.

Please open a new support ticket and tell them to look at your forum badge as proof of purchase.

From what I can tell, you are only missing 3 pieces of released cosmetics.

Did you genuinely receive zero replies in any way shape or form at all? Like literally nothing? Or figuratively nothing?

I’m sorry, I can’t discuss the details of your various accounts in a public forum. Given the age of your account here, it would appear that you likely backed on Kickstarter (awesome). I think you probably will not be surprised by this but all I can say is that you’ll need to contact support from the email which was used in the creation of your original account or with a proof of purchase. I looked quite thoroughly for your information on our Kickstarter. I suspect that different information was used for each platform but I really have no way to prove this theory though.

If you would like to continue to attempt to recover the information, please contact us through the official support channels and we will do our best to help.

  • Fixed issues with scene transitions and matchmaking sessions.

Notes

This is a relatively smaller patch designed to address issues we were seeing with SQP Matchmaking involving scene transitions.

This patch will go live at 11am CT.

Some things we are currently working on:

  • Dungeon boss door not always working (we apologize for this taking so long)
  • Monolith Echoes occasionally breaking when playing as a Forge Guard
  • Using a skill you don’t meet the weapon requirements for lo...

I’m not familiar with the issue and how it occurs with Werebear’s Rampage, so any information you can provide there will be helpful. Is it similar to Teleport’s issue where upon loading into a new area it will either cause problems every time it’s used in that area, or else work fine for that entire area?
