The scenario you mentioned can indeed lead to an authentication error. If you purchased the game and used a new email to create a new Ubisoft account, after launching the game from Steam it will still seek to connect with the original account.

Your progression is tied to your Ubisoft account, so if you previously linked your PSN account to another Ubisoft account, the progress will be synced there. So please make sure you've got the right account linked on your profile settings page 😊

I'm sorry to hear that you were banned from the session. Sometimes, if a sudden crash or disconnection happens, it might cause abandoning the match and receiving a temporary pentalty. Unfortunately, our team cannot lift them, as they are handled automatically by the system, and are lifted after they expire.

Hopefully, you are able to jump back in the action now, that your ban expired! Let us know if you have any further issues, or any other questions!

I'm sorry to hear about your issues with the Battle Pass. We've received reports of tokens being delayed while progressing in the Battle Pass and our team is currently investigating this issue. Once we have updates on this, we'll post them on forums and/or in the patch notes.

In the meantime, please try restarting the game or completing another match to see if the tokens sync up correctly, thanks!
