Hey KntckyFrdClutch! My apologies for any inconvenience that may have been caused by this FPS difference. Rainbow Six Siege is optimized to run at 60 FPS, so I'm glad to hear that both accounts are meeting that at least. While we cannot provide full support for running the game past what it is optimized to run at, perhaps you could try verifying the game's cache to see if that makes any differences!

Second go to:

After go to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\\1843 (Steam) ---> and paste the Save Files and DELETE the save file with name "Upload"

We are not yet aware of any connectivity issues on our side with the most recent update, so it's best we begin with troubleshooting as normal.

Are you able to play the game at all, or do you see this the moment you launch the game?

If you click on the settings icon at the top-right corner of the main menu, what is your data centre and NAT?

Hey! I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I know it must be frustrating when this happens.

We are aware of an issue where players disconnect and are unable to reconnect, as the reconnect button is not working as intended.

I don't have any more information at this time. Our dev team are investigating the cause, so we can implement a fix.

This error is quite generic and essentially means that you've lost connection to the R6 servers.

Hello! Being unable to purchase R6 Credits on console is something that we have investigated and implemented fixes for, however some players are still affected.

Our current recommend is to purchase digital content & currency directly from the Xbox Store.

I appreciate it's not ideal, but it is a valid workaround!

Hello!

Alright so here we go -

I agree with UbiMorning regarding the first video, it looks like a shot over the shoulder.

For the second video it is more difficult, as it's very fast. I couldn't see a way of slowing the video down on the website and the enemy is quite far away, which prevents me from seeing clearly.

You've been able to get a better look at it than me, but personally I don't see any blood splat or hit until the final bullet where you kill the enemy.

If you have any more videos of behaviour like this I will happily review them we are confident in our hit registration system but we know that there is always room for improvement!
