Can you confirm if you're running any of your components overclocked?

If you are, can you please try and disable the overclocking software to see if this helps?

Since you received in-game notification that the temporary ban was placed as a result of cheating, then that would be why you received the ban. Unfortunately, there are no further details regarding the sanction that I'm able to disclose. Hey, lil_miko!

Sorry to hear that you were temp banned. I would advise you to check your system to ensure nothing is on it that may have triggered this ban as the next ban may be permanent.

We are unable to remove temporary bans so you will need to wait for it to be over before being able to play again.

I would also advise you reset your account password and set up 2 Step Verification to ensure no one else is accessing your account. You can find how to set up 2 Step Verification here:

Since verifying your game files didn't work, can you please complete the other steps in our PC guide here? Disabling your background applications is a great step to take as this ensures there are no programs or applications that could be affecting Siege's performance. Thanks!
