Sorry to hear that you haven't received your blueprint yet. I can see that this issue has been already reported and it's being investigated. Just to clarify, are you trying to complete the Space Administration HQ on Hard or greater difficulty as required?

Hey Jandy169,

When this happens on PC it is sometimes because of corrupted files.
Would you be able to re-instal the game on your PS4 to see if this fixes your issue?

Thanks for getting in contact and sorry to hear you are having this problem while attempting to purchase Division 2.

In most cases our web and Uplay stores will automatically redirect to the correct regional store for your location.

If you feel this is not the case, please feel free to contact us with further details of your location and account settings and we can get this looked into further.

Hey,

I can't say for certain why this occurred. However, when it does, are you able to note down the location if you remember and if anything out of the blue occured?

Also, what PS4 are you using?
