Sorry to see you're experiencing this.

Whilst another player is currently looting it, there wont be an interaction until he is finished.
But from the video footage, it's clear to see that there is a long gap between the last player looting it, and you being able to.

- When was the first time you have noticed this issue
- Have you encountered any DELTA errors?

I understand the headache this may cause. If you are able to provide a video clip over to our support team showing the Clan Server Offline status after trying the steps I previously shared, this will greatly help our team further investigate the problem you are facing now.

Hiya Muuuuh36! Welcome to the forums! I am sorry for the trouble with accessing these specializations in The Division 2. To verify, you are missing the "Gunner", "Technician" and "Firewall", correct? This has been forwarded to our development team for further investigation. In the meantime, you should still be able to change the specialization in Washington after you finished the campaign. If you run into any issues accessing these 3 specializations after completing the campaign, please create a support ticket with our team to help review this further. Thanks!

When you get a chance, can you update your support case with the requested images and footage?
- An image showing CPU utilisation in Resource Monitor while running The Division 2.
- An image showing the video settings in The Division 2.
- A video showing the gameplay/performance you experience in The Division 2.
