We are aware that some of you are experiencing issues accessing World Tier 4 in The Division 2. This has been reported and the dev team are investigating.

This thread has been created to gather more information.

Could you please provide the following information only:

. Number of players experiencing the issue (For example just yourself or you and a number of your friends)
. Video or screenshots of your map
. Video or screenshots of your progression tab (Black Tusk Invasion and Main mission)
. Number of players experiencing this issue
. Confirm if you have completed all 3 stronghold's in your own session
. Confirm if the issue only occurred only after Title Update 8

I can confirm that this has been reported to the dev team who are investigating.

The game should eventually load after several minutes if you leave it.

I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive 'The Grudge' SMG after defeating Keener.
