This does sound like it could be a bug, as it might have skipped a step if it offered you the upgrade blueprint. I'll report this to the team.

I can understand the desire for correct grammar, but please try to only update older threads if there is something to be added to the discussion.

What do you see when you go up to those devices? Do they act as though you should be able to pick them up? If so, do you receive some sort of error?

If possible, please get a video showing that you can't pick up the device and don't already have it showing in your collected devices.

We are sorry to hear that. Could you please try adding -DX12 on command line in Uplay, as this might resolve the issue for you.
