Thanks for following up and letting me know!

 

How is your console currently connected to the internet? Does it use a wifi connection, or is it connected with a network cable? If it's using wifi, is it possible to try connecting it with a cable instead?

That would be the reason why the progress was lost. When you unlink a platform account it will reset the progress on the account. I'm afraid we don't have a way to recover that progress if that's the case.

After deleting the file have you tried repairing the game? Usually that will help with this type of error. 

 

If you're playing through Origin, you can right-click on Apex Legends and click Repair when the menu pops up. If you're using Steam, try verifying the integrity of the game files to see if that helps. For more information on how to verify file integrity check out the Steam Support website

I appreciate you following up!

 

I looked at the cases you had created with EA Help, and from what I can see it looks like they determined that the Xbox account was previously unlinked from an EA Account before it was connected to the current account. Unfortunately when that happens, the account progress is lost and we don't have a way of recovering it. The only way to recover that progress would be to link the account to the original EA Account from which it was unlinked.

Can we also try updating the DNS in Windows to see if that helps? I've seen some cases in the past where that can make a difference.

It sounds like you've run through some pretty extensive troubleshooting already. If everything you've tried so far hasn't helped, it could be a hardware issue. I'd recommend getting in touch with the Xbox Support team to see if they have any advice on further troubleshooting.

This looks like what happens when you live in a location where Apex Packs can't be sold because of local laws.
