We are still investigating the disconnections that some people have been seeing since the 9.1 update. I've heard a few people say that switching datacenters can help, so if you haven't tried that it may be worth a shot.

Are you also using an AMD video card? If so, have you checked to see if there are any updates for your video drivers? Installing the latest drivers can help with this.

I'm afraid we can't help with account bans here on Answers HQ. If the Terms of Service team reviewed the ban and determined it should not be removed, the account will remain banned.

Have you tried connecting to a different datacenter to see if that makes any difference? Are you still seeing ping spikes no matter which datacenter you're connected to?
