To fix, I simply change my IP address. My desktop has a wifi adapter and an ethernet port, so I close uPlay, change to wifi/ethernet whenever I get the bug and reopen uPlay. There are other ways to change your IP address, but I don't need to log into my router doing the wifi/ethernet swap.

Hey,

I'm sorry to hear that. The abandonment sanction will still apply if you disconnect (even if it's not your fault) because there is no way for it to know if a player is making themselves disconnect on purpose to avoid an abandonment sanction if it didn't apply.

We are unable to provide anything back for getting an abandonment sanction, remove temporary suspensions, and we are also unable to modify player ranks unfortunately.

Hey,

Is this the in-game stats or on a stat website?

If it's the in-game stats, this hasn't been an issue since Year 4 when it was fixed previously, so we would need a video showing you looking at the stats, playing a game, then looking at the stats again to show no change so we can report it to the game team and show the issue is happening.

Also if you could let us know if it's with all operators or just specific ones, that would be great too.

Hey,

Sorry to hear about your issue with the game crashing when you try to view your skins.

Are you on PC or console? Do you get a specific error message when it crashes?

When that happens it's usually just temporary and related to club maintenance taking place. If it's still happening like the next day, then it could be an issue we can look into.

The issue is being looked into. You will still get the renown when the challenges say you didn't get any, that's just a visual issue.

Hey,

Sorry to hear the game is crashing. Does it crash to the desktop or just freeze?

When you say it's only happening to DLC characters, do you mean it happens at the selection part, or when you get into the game with them?

And it's ones you unlocked with the Year Pass? Or did you buy them in game?

Hey,

I'm sorry to hear that's happening. Have you tried checking to see if there's any new drivers for your graphics card?

Or you could even try the opposite and try a previous driver version.

Hey FAB181,

Please could you provide a screenshot of the error message you see?

There's no known error with saving that I can find, so we can pass it to the game team if it's something new happening.

Also, do you have cloud saves enabled or disabled in the Uplay settings?

I'm saying the game hasn't linked to your account. I checked that first. So it must be an error at the redeem stage that you are having. Keep us updated what they say though.

One thing I think you could try is redeeming it on a different device or web browser.

Hey,

I can't find any trace of information saying this has been removed from the game but it's possible it could have just been a limited time skin. Do you still have it available on your PS4 version to use?
