I'm sorry to hear that happens @KMDavis73075 but there's no known issues happening for the majority of people using it, and as clearing your cache and cookies is resolving it for a few visits, it can only suggest you are picking up some cookies somewhere that is the cause.

The first issue is something that has already been reported. For the other issues, please can you create a separate thread (for each individual issue) with more info and images or videos showing the issue so we can check if they are known or get them reported.

I'm sorry you still haven't had a reply. I have seen others mention long waits too but we are still tackling a large backlog of older tickets at the moment. As I said before, you will get a reply once your ticket comes through to someone's inbox again, you don't need to keep updating it.
