Currently, none of our games are officially supported by us for Steam Deck, and we're not aware of any plans for it to be added in future but we'll let players know on our forums and social channels if we do hear anything on that topic.

I can only apologise for the delay to responding to your ticket. If you still haven't got a reply, please rest assured that we will get to it and will need to be handled through the ticket as it's not something we can fully discuss in a public channel. 

However, I can tell you here that this error usually means you launched and linked the game originally whilst logged in to a different Ubisoft account, so please check the username in top of Ubisoft Connect and see if you remember having another one. Then try logging in with any other email addresses you own. 

If you can't remember having another account or the details for it, we will need to handle it through your support ticket and we will need you to provide uncropped images of your purchase in your Steam transaction history as well as the information below:

Thanks for putting that info in here @SmoovejAGs. Getting as much info as can be remembered about the character(s) helps speed things up a bit if it can be provided straight away.

It will need to be handled through a support case as it will get passed to our game team to try to recover the character. To help them locate it, just make sure you have provided as much information as possible about the character from the list of things below:

This issue should be fixed with the maintenance that occurred on Friday, February 10th. You can check out our post here for the patch notes. Please note that there are still known issues (such as traveling from NY to DC) and workarounds are shared there as well. I sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment this caused.
