Could you please provide a short video showing these different sounds in action and displaying that you are on the latest version of the game? You could directly upload the clip to an online video-sharing platform like Twitter or YouTube. Alternatively, if you would prefer, you could transfer the video to a PC using a flash drive and then send it to us another way, such as through a file-sharing site. Your current game version can be located in the lower right-hand corner of the main menu. The current update should state 1.5.0.1.

As every system and experience is unique could you please also provide screenshots or video demonstrating that this issue is occurring on the latest version of the game 1.5.0.1? I understand you have mentioned that you are on the latest version but we would like to gather pictures or video of this for our development team. Hey there everyone, I believe there may be some confusion surrounding this subject and I would like to clarify.

PlayStation users can pre-load the expansion. If you are on any other platform, you will not be able to pre-load the expansion, you will be able to download it and play it, once it launches tomorrow March 10th.

Some users on all platforms are able to access/download the expansion now. However, this is because those users either prepurchased the content at an earlier date or they are using Ubisoft+ (excluding stadia users).

Hey there @raffz226, I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues accessing the Assassin's Creed Valhalla Dawn of Ragnarok expansion. It is important to note that it has not been fully released yet across all platforms and the release date is tomorrow the 10th of March, however, players who prepurchased the expansion will be able to access it today from 1:00PM UTC time.
