Hey there @powermadness, thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry to hear that the colours are very dull on your main monitor while playing The Division 2. If you don't experience this with other titles, then I believe that this could just be by design. You could also try another monitor just to double-check this. If while on another monitor, the colours are still quite dull, it's likely not an issue with the monitors and will be as intentional. That said, you could also look further into upping the contrast in-game, this should make the colours become a lot stronger.

To adjust the contrast value:

I am sorry to hear that you're unable to get special ammunition after disorienting an enemy using the Banshee Pulse skill whilst having the ongoing Directive Set equipped. Could you please provide a short video showing this in action? So please ensure that one part of the video shows that when you kill an enemy while disoriented from a banshee pulse, they do not drop ammo, for the other part, please ensure it shows that they will drop ammo as long as they have any other status effect applied.

At the time of your post, we were aware of some ongoing issues where Twitch Drops were not dropping correctly. This was also posted over in our known issues section. We believe this has now been resolved. Are you still missing your drops? If so, could you please let me know what platform you're playing on?
