Hey there @sasorisan1, thank you for taking the time to get in touch. I'm sorry to hear that you experienced issues with an older console and now you're using a different one. I'm afraid due to the way save data in The Division 2 is tied directly to a player's account ID inside the database, there is no way to transfer character progression from one account to another.

That said I want to assure you that our teams are thoroughly investigating the problem and they are working hard on it. We are continually monitoring the issue from our side and as soon as further information can be shared, we will post below and share an update.

Hey there @tom_jetland, thanks for taking the time to get in touch. I'm sorry to hear that the cluster mine cooldown seems different depending on whether or not you're in the firing range. I believe this is as intentional, as it gives players more time to test out the item in the firing range. That said I will gladly get this checked for you.

Hey there @BLOODBERG, thanks for taking the time to get in touch. I'm sorry to hear that the English language is now missing from the language options. Can you please elaborate on this further for me and share some screenshots displaying the options? Which storefront did you buy the game through?
