  • Launch the client with Administrator Privileges

Hey there @Baudejasss sorry to hear about your Credits being missing after this wait! I do see you have a support ticket open for this issue for our teams to review. As I am not able to look into an account related issue here on the Discussions forums I would recommend to continue communication on your support ticket. In the meantime you can also try to restore the licenses on your console: this will check to ensure that the privileges on your account match up to access your currency.

Hi there @HadesCorner thanks for posting to bring this to our attention. Sorry to see these visual and audio issues happening recently. I do see from your other thread you mention using an MSI GTX graphics card. If you haven't already I'd suggest to ensure that your GPU and soundcard are fully up to date. To look into this further I am curious to know if you noticed this bug immediately before getting kicked, or was the scoreboard showing 10-10 after you had rejoined? Additionally when you mention being kicked were you kicked back to the main menu or does your game close and crash completely when this happens?

Hi there Austin thanks for reaching out about an authentication error message. I apologize for the wait to help get this issue fully resolved. Since you do have a support ticket currently open I would advise to continue communication on your ticket. I am not able to talk about an issue that relates to your account here on the forums, so your support ticket is the best place to find a resolution. With that being said, an authenticating ownership message can appear if you have a copy of the game (or even DLC) activated to a Ubisoft account that is not logged into the Ubisoft Connect client. On rare occasions, the error can also occur if your game and DLC ownership is split across more than one Ubisoft account. Our support team handling your ticket should be able to help get your accounts sorted as quickly as possible for you to get back to gaming. 😊...
