Hi there @AST-Redux so sorry for the delayed response on this thread! I do see we've chatted before about this authentication error in another thread. For anyone here that sees an error on PC regarding 'authenticating ownership of this product' please doublecheck that you are logged into the original Ubisoft account that activated your game in your Ubisoft Connect client. The authentication error is a different sort of issue than content being missing on the correct accounts.

Hi there @AST_Redux. By any chance is your 2nd Ubisoft account the similarly named one in this thread from above? If so, you will need to have your Xbox profile linked to the Ubisoft account that also has your PC game activated. If you have your PC game on one Ubisoft account and your Xbox linked to a 2nd, different Ubisoft account the cross-progression will not be able to work.

To get just a bit more information on what you are experiencing: are you unable to start a river raid due to an NPC being missing, or a dialogue option being missing? If you could share a few screenshots or even a short video clip of the current quest objective and your in-game location that can be helpful for me to narrow this issue down.

Hello there @DingoOfIssy thanks for stopping by to report an issue with crouching while using a PS4 controller. As a first step if you are using a custom control scheme could you try swapping to the default and trying to crouch? If your controller is wireless you may also have some luck wiring it to your console as a test. Should you prefer to pursue a refund and purchased your game directly on the Playstation Network I would advise to reach out to Playstation.
