Hey TTVIIIIunixIIII, thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about the issue you've been having, as audio is absolutely vital in tactical shooter game.

First and foremost - are you using headphones or speakers? Have you tried testing the game with different audio devices to see if it could be related to peripheral issue instead? Also, is your sound only missing in-game however is fine whilst in main-menu of the game?

You can only have one email address per account. I've had a look and can see that email addresses for both of your accounts are not the same as you've suggested.

Essentially, the reason you're receiving this error message, is because you're connecting to the wrong Ubisoft Connect account, than it was linked to, when you launched Rainbow Six: Siege for the very first time.

Hey SirHarryPierce!

After forwarding this over to our development team, I have received the following confirmation: You will receive a celebration (UI bonus message) each time when you get new level of Influence in any category for the first time. If you receive the same level of bonus for the second time, you will not get a celebration, but a pop-up message from Notifications menu will appear.

In the first provided video - you did not receive a celebration after you've bought some shares from AI. On the same video some time before that we can see that AI bought shares from you. That means that you actually had Influence bonus, lost it after AI bought shares, and gained it back after buying shares again.

It has been confirmed that this is not a defect and is working as intended.

I am curious as to what in particular may have caused this and how we could possibly reproduce this issue.
