First and foremost, so that we could look into the matter further, would I be able to ask you to clarify the following:

1. When the game crashed, did you receive any error message at all?
2. Is crashing something you experience frequently or was that a single instance?
3. Did your game crash possibly towards later rounds, which may have resulted in match being concluded before you were able to join back?

Thanks for your translation there and I can now understand what the problem is.

After having a closer look at the specs you've provided, it seems that both your processor and graphics card are under minimum system requirements, which means that this is very likely to be the reason why you're unable to load the game, however regardless, in order to see whether there's a possibility to play it somehow, I'd suggest to try the following:

First and foremost, so that we could get a better idea of what may be possibly causing this, can I ask you to clarify the following:

1. Are you using Vulkan or DX API?
2. Does game continue to crash if you switch it to the other API?
3. Do you happen to receive any error message at all?
4. Since when did the issue start occurring?

In the meantime, if you haven't already, try completing the remaining steps outlined in the following article and see whether it brings any results.

Hey liquidice.203, thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about what happened.

I've had a look and it does not appear that we had any outage/degradation at the time and servers were working as intended.

If you have been disconnected at the start of the match, this will be related to match cancellation feature that has been presented in Y5S2 (patch notes), where a team is able to cancel the match if they have team member missing, which will result in the player who has left receiving the penalty and MMR reduction.

We do have this issue reported on R6Fix, where players have also shared their workarounds which seemed to have helped some, therefore if you haven't already, check those out as there are a few and see whether any of those are useful for you.

Hey Justxn.-, thanks for getting in touch and apologies about the delayed response from our team.

We have indeed received reports from players who mentioned others abusing this and getting away by leaving the match early. Nevertheless, since then, fix has been deployed, which means that if player leaves the match, he/she will receive abandonment penalty if they do not join back. However if the opposing player does join the match back, match cancellation will be automatically cancelled and you will be able to proceed with the game. This is something that has been implemented, in case if any team does indeed have a genuine player who is not there at the time and have the possibility to forfeit rather than continue playing 4v5.

Essentially, the reason you're receiving this error message, is because you're connecting to the wrong Ubisoft Connect account, than it was linked to when launched for the very first time.

To have this resolved, you need to make sure you are logged in to the right one and error will no longer appear.

First and foremost - in terms of the shield bug - is there any chance you could provide us with video footage or if not possible, screenshots as well as exact reproduction steps? I can see that you've explained it briefly in your initial post however just wanted to make sure that we're aware of any little details that may allow us to reproduce the issue on our side.

As far as voice-chat issue goes, can I just double-check if it's something that you've started experiencing since latest patch or has this issue been out there for a while? Also, does it happen in every game or just occasionally? The more information you can provide, the better.

I can confirm that we did indeed have a temporary degradation however this has been resolved not long after and servers have been running as intended since.

Can I just double-check whether that was a single occurrence or did you experience this issue more than once?
In regards to support's availability - we do provide support via a number of different channels however as far as live-chat goes - yes, it is not available 24/7, I'm afraid.
