Can I just double-check whether this issue occurs each and every single time you access map editor or is it occasional? Also, have you possibly tried verifying your game files to see if issue persists?

Hey guys!

Thanks for getting in touch and bringing this to our attention.

This is something that does not appear to have been reported before therefore I would like to get a little bit better idea about this issue, if possible:

1. Taking into consideration that submitter has been reverted to mdf_tm after name of the map has been changed, can I just double-check whether you (SparklingW) are still having map to appear in the list of your maps with your name as a submitter, or did it disappear since changes were made?
2. Do you (mdf_tm) happen to have the same issue with your maps where random ones are appearing and showing you as a submitter, or is that something that is only affecting SparklingW?

In the meantime, I do very much appreciate you guys for taking your time to test this and the fact that you were unable to reproduce this might indicate that issue is no longer present, so if this does happen again, keep us updated and ... Read more

Hey Jamin-Josh, thanks for getting in touch!

I've had a look at your account and I see what you're referring to.

You have a Standard Edition of the game, which just as chris02918 suggested, does not include any DLC's at all. I can also see that you previously had subscription on your account and that will give you access to Complete Edition of the game, which gives you access to different content (click here to find out more).

Hey there, thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear about the crash issue you've been dealing with.

In order for us to get a better idea of what may be causing it, can I ask you to advise us the following:

1. Are you using Vulkan or DX API?
2. I take it that your game crashes whilst you're playing it rather than on launch. If it is the case indeed, does it only happen whilst in-game and not in the main menu? If so, did you notice anything in particular that may be causing it, as I understand that crash will not necessarily occur every single game

As it stands, I can confirm that our game team is aware of an issue with ultra-wide monitors and the default resolution setting and are looking into it.

In the meantime, in order to resolve this, have you tried manually changing your resolution to higher one to see if issue persists?
