Hey CanBebee, thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear about this.

Based on what you've described, I understand that you're able to play the game however occasionally you will experience stuttering where your gameplay stops for a brief second and then continues, is that right? If it is indeed, have you possibly noticed whether you had a ping increase during the time it happened?

Finally, is there any possibility you could provide us with video footage showing the issue?

In the meantime, in order to check whether this is related to performance or rather connection, could you maybe try reducing your video options in-game to lower ones and see whether issue persists.

So that we could get a better idea of what this may be related to, may I ask you to advise us the following:

1. Are you using Vulkan or DX API?
2. Do you happen to receive any error messages at all?
3. Does this affect any game-mode you choose?

I have seen a slight increase of contacts regarding crash related issues since last update, however this issue seems to be a little different.

First and foremost, in order to get a better idea about what may be possibly causing this, can I ask you to advise us the following:

1. Has this happened in a single game or did you experience the issue on multiple instances?
2. Does issue affect only a particular game mode or any?

Have you tried restarting your game to see if you can see your content? I've had a closer look at your account and can see that you've been awarded for every single match you've played.

In certain instances, this can be delayed however you should eventually receive it all.

Alright, I see.

As it stands, when you purchase Ubisoft games through Steam and you launch them for the first time, you will be asked to link it to Ubisoft account, therefore if you activated it on any other Ubisoft account, that will be the reason why you're unable to see it in your library.

There was maintenance that took place yesterday and has been concluded not long after (1 hour), which may have been the reason you've experienced this.

If however this is something that you've experienced on a number of instances, let us know and we will have to look into the matter further.

I've had a look at your account however it does not appear that you have any Epic account linked to it, therefore I would suggest to double-check first as to which Ubisoft account is your Epic account linked to and then you will be able to locate it in your game's library .

1. Did this happen in every single game you've queued up?
2. Does issue occur if you're playing solo?
3. What exactly happens whilst you're queued up and your friends are joined? Are you still being placed in queue?
4. As far as the player who replaced you in the match and alpha pack - do you know if this happened in both of the instances?
5. Did issue start occurring since latest update?
